Casey’s Painting offers many different types of wood repairs. At the time of proposal presentation, the carpentry repairs will be listed as separate items. However, the project manager may not see extra repairs that the crew may find while preparing your home for painting. In these cases, the lead crew member contacts the project manager and notify him of any additional repairs that are needed. The project manager will then discuss these areas with the customer and let him/her know about the additional charge before the repair is done. As industry experts, Casey’s Painting will not paint over any rotted wood.
